We want you to be happy with your Thimble Sewciety experience. Please review our return/exchange policy carefully.
Returns: We offer in-store credit for any items returned. If you would like to return an item purchased, you must do so within 14 days of receipt of that item. You will be issued in-store credit in the form of a coupon code that we will email to you once we receive the item. You are responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect. If there is a defect on the item. You must bring it to our attention within 3 days of receipt of the item. (We will refund the cost of shipping in this instance only.) Items returned must be in new unused condition. We will not be able to accept the return if any of these conditions are present. There are no exceptions to this policy.

To reserve your spot in any class, you will need to sign up in advance and pay at the time you sign up. Many classes will have space limitations because of classroom size and to make sure you get the best education possible.
Registration can be done online or in person.
To prevent class cancellations and to ensure you get a spot in the class you want, students are encouraged to register early, as most classes will have a minimum sign-up cancellation policy.
Students should check with the shop before purchasing any fabric, kits and/or major supplies for a class, in the event of cancellation.
The Class Fee must be paid (or certificates/vouchers ordered) when you sign up for the class to guarantee your seat.
Thimble Sewciety will not "hold" a seat for you. Full payment of the Class Fee guarantees your seat.
Classes canceled by Thimble Sewciety LLC will be fully refunded to each student, either by how they paid, by store credit, or towards another class.
If you are unable to make a class or event, please contact Thimble Sewciety 48 hours prior to the start date of such class or event to receive a refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date of a class. Your class fee can be applied towards another class or returned in the form of store credit.
There are no refunds on class fees for "Special Event" or outside teachers/classes within 30 days of the event date unless we can fill your spot with another person. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refunds cannot be provided for "No Shows".
If you have a major emergency and need to cancel your attendance at a class, up to the time of such class we will work with you to either make up the class or provide you with a store credit.
All class participants are asked to turn off cellular phones (or place on vibrate). If a call is necessary, please leave the room to complete the call.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME to class due to allergies of others.
